My 2nd miscarriage, so devastated and broken. I miscarried last year my baby stopped growing at 6wks 1 day I found out on my 12wks scan. This time I turned 6wks 1 day I had brown discharge and then a day later spotting went to ER there was nothing they could do they just said monitor yourself. Next day I start having cramps and more bleeding with clots I passed the baby out I seen it this time 💔...I have my scan today and I know what to expect it's going to be a empty sac.... I feel so broken and keep thinking is there something wrong with me will I ever have a successful pregnancy . Do I still have hope ? Or should I see a dr for further tests
