Does anyone else randomly get a quick sharp pain in their vagina/anus?? what could this be

Yes! Oh my god it’s so uncomfortable. I chalked mine up to gas pains. It’s like someone is sticking a butter knife in your butthole every now and then!
Mine has gone away, but I feel you! I even asked my OB about it and she was like uhhh.. it’s probably gas. But the baby was fine so I guess everything’s alright, lol.

I think it might be what they refer to as lightning crotch? (Charming name lol).  
Or round ligament pain as everything is stretching and adjusting.  If you're ever nervous, most OB offices have an on call nurse and a lot of insurance companies also do an on call nurse line

Pelvic floor dysfunction? It is normal to have pains in vagina but I’ve never heard of anus pain early in pregnancy.
