Even when mine were 5 minutes apart for 2 hours I was still walking and talking and they told me to wait until they became more painful; taking your breath away, hard to walk or talk through the contractions. 
5 minutes or less apart, lasting around 1 minutes for at least 1 hour, then I’d call and talk to your OB or labor and delivery and see if you should go in.
My OB recommends laboring at home as long as possible as I don’t want to be cooped up in the hospital in labor forever!

I tested positive for strep B and I know when my contractions start they want me to come in to start the antibiotics. As long as your test was negative it looks like you can labor at home a little longer, which is nice. Good luck to you!

I'd wait or you risk them sending you home, they say 5 minutes apart at least 1 minute in length.

Yes,  wait till 5 minutes apart.  That's probably what they would have you do if you called.  Doesn't hurt to call and ask though,  we don't know your case our your Dr.
