Has anyone came down with the flu randomly (or flu-like symptoms) and found out not long after that you were pregnant?

I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS and I’m waiting on my next cycle to start round 1 of Clomid but I’ve had flu-like symptoms the past few days and everyone thinks I could be pregnant. I don’t ovulate on my own so I highly doubt I would be that lucky but didn’t know if anyone else had this happen before? It’s too early for me to test but hoping to test within the next few days
