Is it safe to exercise? I've been going to the gym for awhile and just found out last Friday I am 5 weeks. We do circuit trainings that includes squats, sounds, lunges, kettle bell, push ups, burpees and so much not. On tues and thurs we do Tabata. It's a cardio workout and up beat. I am wondering if this is all safe at all??
