Hair fall ladies??

Question

It’s been 3 months since my baby was born and this is my first pregnancy.
I have a hell lot of hair falling and am going crazyyyy! It was all different during pregnancy:( huh! 
Anybody facing same issues? Suggestions/tips?

I thought I was going to go bald after my first pregnancy. Every time I took a ahower, I was mortified at the amount that came out, but it all came back and no one except myself even noticed. Thankfully (at least for me) this hasn't happened with my second child.

No way to stop it. Normally when you aren’t pregnant you shed some hair every day. When you are pregnant you lose significantly less hair (which is why prego ladies have nice thick hair). However once your pregnancy horomones wear off you loose all the hair you would have lost during the nine months you were pregnant.
