Shortened periods?

Has anyone ever had shortened periods? My cycle is normally 5 days. I started on Monday and today I haven't bleed at all. Do you think this is cause for concern?

I was on Nexplan for 2 and a half years and towards the end I was getting crazy irregular periods every 13 days (in Dec and Jan) so I had it removed, I've been off it since February and have not taken any BC since. My cycle was normal last month (5 days starting March 5th).

I know I might be being a hypochondriac but I've had 5 day long periods with medium to heavy bleeding since I was 12 so this is very odd. My period was also very light yesterday.
