I've been on the same birth control pill for about a year with no spotting or problems, but with this current pack I have had light brown, light pink, dark brown, and bright red spotting all within the last 5 days. I have no other symptoms besides the spotting (no smell, cramps, bloating, pain, etc.) I have skipped (I think) my last two period weeks, but I've done this before with no problems. Is this reason to go to the doctor and get it checked out? Or could this just be a hormone imbalance that I should wait out and see what happens? My pack ends this Saturday, so I was planning on waiting till after my period to see if things clear up. I was also recently tested negative for STIs
