PCOS, Letrozole, 5 Days Late

I’ve been taking letrozole since November. Blood work has confirmed it’s working and I am ovulating. I’m five days late. I’ve had a tiny amount of brown spotting off and on for four days. All home pregnancy tests are negative. I’m just waiting for my OB to get back to me with the blood results but the wait is killing me.

I’m cramping like crazy, my boobs are soo sore, but I just don’t think I’m pregnant.
