I see a lot of posts about Nausea - and I’m an overweight mama who’s very unlucky in the sense that the only thing that helps with my constant nausea is eating CRAP! I don’t throw up from feeling sick but I just feel sick all day. I’ve tried salads- almonds- some veggies. All have me gagging and even more nauseas. You know what I’ve managed to eat today to feel OK because I’m just SHOT? Frosted sugar cookies, and salt and vinegar kettle chips. I really cannot gain much weight this pregnancy and I’m having such a hard time with this part. Since carbs are what somewhat alleviate being sick- what are healthy filling food ideas ? Any advice?!
