Just now at my 39 week appointment I measured at 38 weeks. Last week at my 38 week appointment I measured at 39 weeks...Has anyone ever had their measurements decrease from one appointment to the next?

Also, at my 37 week appointment I was measuring at like 35, which my doctor said he was okay with because I was measuring 34 the week before so I was progressing. But at my 34 week appointment I was measuring at 37!

Is it common to have measurements all over the place like that?

I'm starting to wonder if my doctor isn't paying close enough attention or isn't measuring consistently each week. He is amazing but he does have a LOT of patients and although he never makes me feel rushed at all, it's always obvious that he has a lot going on.
