Period pain
These past three months have been really intense with cramps and I’ve never experienced this much pain from my periods before. I’m 19 and stopped taking the pill about a year ago and have only used condoms as birth control since. I am going to see a doctor soon because it’s affecting my work. Does anyone have any recommended forms of birth control or vitamins to help with the pain?
