Can I be pregnant still?!?!?

So I had three dreams this week about me pregnant. The first dream was a test popped up saying I’m pregnant in bold letters. The second dream was my hcg levels were in the 1000’s. My last dream I was carrying a baby car seat and a baby bag. I just took a test and it came out negative. I just had my cycle on the 1st of this month but it only lasted for 4 days not usually. What can this be? Can I still be pregnant?

Omg last night I had a dream and the dr gave me a due date of December 6 when I added it up it added up to a day we had sex but I still feel AF coming she’s due tomorrow 🙈
