Tips on weight loss
I can’t stick with It and I get so frustrated! I’m 28, 5’4 and 148 pounds. I was 10 pounds lighter a year ago and I guess my metabolism is just slowing down. I have been going to the gym for cardio (stairs, bike, elliptical, treadmill), i do weights at home and I try to eat healthy. Food is my main struggle. I would love some tips/advice. Thank you :)
