I was technically overweight as I'm small but was full of muscle as a professional Dancer. You dont have to be the correct BMI as long as your healthy. BMI doesn't take into consideration your muscle mass. I had fat on me but not a lot but i had a lot of muscle and a hard core so you dont have to be the stereotypical weight for your size as long as you're healthy. 😊 Hope this helped!
