Bags under eyes

Does anyone know how to get rid of these? I’ve had them my whole life. It’s not from lack of sleep or dehydration or anything I just have them 😩😩 I’m very self conscious and don’t like makeup. They are usually very dark purple and sometimes more red then anything.

Anyone have any products or anything to help?
