High hcg, maybe it's twins? Bit of a story

I'm finally ready to admit it here. I get to join the Dec 18 mommies to be. I'm 29. Last year I suffered 2 early miscarriages, and in November I had an ectopic rupture, losing my right tube in the process. They also had to surgically remove the corpus luteum from my left ovary. You read that right, I ovulated on my left and implanted on my right. So last week, at 7 dpo I thought I was crazy for having pregnancy symptoms. At 9 dpo I broke down and took a Wal-Mart cheapie test. Faint line! At 10 dpo I took a FRER and Clearblue digital. Positive. Obviously I'm monitored by a high risk OB. At 13 dpo my hcg was 197. At 15 dpo my hcg was 504. My doctor is happy according to the message I got from the nurse. April 24th I will be 7 weeks. I have an ultrasound appointment then. So the real question is: could it be two heartbeats that I will see??
