I’m not pregnant, but it is safe to put peppermint oil in a bath? I had a bad headache and anxiety and put about 10 or so drops in a bath and now that I got out I feel like I just applied icy hot to my whole body...

I only put one or two drops in my bath. It’s safer in smaller amounts.

Try dabbing peppermint oil on yohr temples, my parents get migraines and you can actually by little rollerball things with peppermint oil specifically for rubbing on your pressure points
