Tooth pain

Im 37 weeks pregnant and I’ve had pretty bad pain in a tooth for about 2 days now that I had a root canal done on about 2 years ago. I’ve tried calling SO many different dental offices but literally every single office wont see me because Im pregnant. I don’t know what to do because I cant find a dentist that will see me, should I go to an ER? Im worried it may be a possible infection.
