positive OPK twice
I'm new to TTC and Glow. I've been using a different app (Ovia) for the past month. I should start by saying that I had been taking an oral contraceptive for 10 years before stopping in January. Since I stopped I've had a cycle of 48 days and then another of 54 days. I began charting the first day of my last period with BBT & CM, I try to chart my cervical position but I'm still learning that aspect 😕 Anyway.. On CD 13 of my current cycle, my other app told me that I could be close to ovulation due to my logged data - I used a Clear Blue Advanced Digital ovulation test and got a solid smiley face so my husband and I BD. My temps never really had a pattern. I had what I thought was a spike but I had also gone to bed at 1am and slept until way later than usual that morning. (Now I set an alarm at the same time every day to temp.) I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I've kept recording my CM and noticed that the consistency lately has been wetter so just to be sure I took another OPK today and it was the blinking smiley face (it's CD 27). Any thoughts on this? Was the solid smiley likely an error? I plan to keep taking an ovulation test until I get another solid but just wanted to see if any other women had a similar experience and what info/advice more experienced TTC women may have!
Thanks!! 😊
