My dog is not doing well...

This is my dog Rusty! He is around... 14 years old and he is having a hard time getting up and walking... he stopped going upstairs a year or so ago and now he is worse. He has thyroids but I think it’s around his time... I’m so sad because I feel like he’s gonna 😵😖
