Heartbeat at 10 weeks?

Question

Will I be able to see or hear the heartbeat at 10 weeks via abdominal ultrasound? Or does it have to be transvaginal?

My Dr was able to find my baby's heartbeat at 10weeks with their doppler

Had transvaginal done at 6weeks and heard the heart beat!! Doctor told me that they can't really hear or see the baby from doing abdominal until around 12 weeks

At 5 weeks the heart already beats. 5 week gestional or from lmp... I don't know.
