confused and need help

alright ladies I am officially 10 dpo today. I also started some super light spotting . nothing on the paper when I wipe since this morning had a little bit of pink red blood then it stopped I put a tampon in thinking I might have started af but it hasn't been red all day very light brown and pink . I feel like I had a super faint positive . could I be having implantation bleeding? we honestly weren't trying this month due to having surgery on the 27th and the meds I didn't want to potentially harm a pregnancy if I got that far. my period is supposed to show on the 9th . could I be getting the implantation bleeding this late in the game? any insight on this would be amazing .
