Today is our 1 yr 6 months anniversary. Lately (past year basically) he never says happy anniversary first. I have to mention something then he finally says “oh I knew it was it, I was waiting for you to say it” 
Am I wrong for getting upset and feeling like he’s lying and he just forgot. Every time.

If you celebrate your anniversary every single month...it kind of takes the excitement out of it doesnt it? Don’t make it a chore. And getting mad or fighting over something like this is just nonsense.
