feeln confused

on April 1st i got a faint positive, so I took 10 more tests but different 1st response and they can bck all positive and the line got darker each day on tues i started spotting a day b4 my af was due and then yesterday I was still spotting brownish mucus color on and off whn I woke up this morning I had a normal period flow, so I took another preg test and the line was so faint u could barely c it versus how dark the lines were b4 I'm wondering if I had a early miscarriage
