Is 22 weeks too early for a shower?

My cousin is visiting from out of state & I know she wants to be involved. Any suggestions?

I think usually they’re a bit later but there’s not any real etiquette protocol.  I am having one thrown for me at 20 weeks because that’s the only time my in laws can come from over seas before the actual due date.  Not to mention it will be crazy hot and Uncomfortable later in the summer.  No one has really batted an eyelash at an early shower so do it whenever is convenient for you!

honestly i was gonna ask when do those things actually occur I've never had one really but this lil boy i kinda want to have one but not sure what month is "appropriate" so to me 22 weeks seems fine
