Okay so first off im 4 weeks pregnant. Today was a very stressful today for me at work and I also got into an argument with my boyfriend. During these stressful moments i started to have very dull cramping on my lower left side like by my fallopian tube. no bleeding. but jus like aching a little. its alot better now that i have calmed down. but i have this fear that i have completely ruined this pregnancy and that im going to miscarry. i have miscarried twice and they all start out with pain on my lower left side. im pretty gassy too so idk. any of you ladies experience anything like this and have a healthy pregnancy.
