What is the church’s stance on egg donation? I was able to find similar things on lds.org like the church discourages sperm donation and surrogacy and things to that nature, but it also mentions that it is a personal decision and ultimately up to the person after prayer and such. But I could not find anything specific to egg donation.

I have thought about donating my eggs. I have reasons that are personal to me and I think it would be a great thing to with the reasoning I have behind it. But if the church is strongly against it I guess I would have to rethink it.. I don’t know! Does anyone know anything on this subject?
