I was told by so many people that nasal spray was safe . I've had to use a oxymetazoline nasal spray in my pregnant at night and morning I'm almost 16 weeks but now I've read it up as I'm so worried and read that it can restrict blood flow from my baby.. I know it's my own stupid fault but has anyone used this spray and it's been okay? I'm so worried and really need some help? No nasty comments please!!
