Help please

Please help! I was taking antibiotics for a sinus infection for about 2 weeks. I finally got off them a few days ago. I am on birth control also but I think the antibiotics made it less effective and I believe I ovulated about 3-4 days ago. I had unprotected sex 3/28 and my last period started 3/20 or 3/21. Last night I started to wet the bed. It woke me up so I went and used the bathroom and did have to pee. Is this an early symptom? Has anyone else experienced this? It happened twice last night.
