4 dpo, small amount of blood?

So my af has been slightly irregular, 3 days late in Jan, 9 days early in Feb, on time March. I have been tracking my ovulation and bd for the whole week. I've just noticed a very very very tiny amount of blood, light pink. Could I be getting my af early again or long shot but could it be implantation bleeding? Feeling kinda disheartened again
