Everyone has a different suggestion. They say everyday isn't always good because it lowers sperm count. Others say just do it! Lol.

I personally would make sure you have sex during your fertile window which should start around CD 9 if I'm not mistaken. Your most fertile days are CD 12-15 because your typically to ovulate on CD 14 but that's only if your cycle is a regular 28 day cycle. This app tells you when you should be fertile. But it's only a guess based on your cycle.  So basically 5 days before you ovulate and 2 days after. A lot of couples do it every other day during their fertile window since sperm can survive up to 5 days.

To start I'm just DTD when we feel like it and I try to aim for my most fertile days.  Good luck & lots of baby dust ✨😊
