Uti? Yeast infection?

For about 3days I’ve been hurting and itchy down there and when I wipe sometimes I’m spotting and hurts like I’m swollen down there and sometimes when I pee it burns I’m in so much pain nothings working.. idk if it a uti or what. Need help. 😥

this might be a weird way to look at it but i had a doctor give me this advice lol when you pee if it hurts inside then its probably a UTI. if it hurts on the outside then its probably a yest infection. with a uti you usually feel pressure as well. if you still think its a uti you NEED antibiotics, it will not go away on its own pr from drinking water or anything lile that and can turn into a kidney infection of not treated.

sounds like a uti and you need antibiotics before it gets to your kidney. I let a uti go for a day or 2 and started seeing blood. azo only helps the pain not the infection. hope you feel better
