What can you do with someone who has genital herpes without risk of spreading. 
P.s I have HSV1 (cold sores) I know it's different but yeah.

Not sleep with them. I know of two girls that contracted herpes and neither of their partners had an out break. One contracted it and she only allowed him to go down on her. The other was contracted from penetration.
