She is 22 and has a 2 year old son. He is 35, divorced, and has a 15 year old son. They worked together for 3 months before she went and worked elsewhere. They saw each other a handful of times after she quit. They meet up one night, and that was it. A week and a day later, after she stayed at his house every single night, they made it official and he asked her to move in, which she did. 3 days after that came the "I love you's" and the "I want to start a family with you" talks. 6 weeks and 1 day after the event they reconnected at, he asked her to marry him and she said yes. (The topic of marriage had come up a few weeks before this but it was more joking than serious.) They've agreed to stay engaged for a year while saving money and really connecting with each other.
