Stressed out!! Advice??

Question

8-10 dpo, very mild cramping
Yesterday- 11dpo, vvvfl on FRER. Very mild cramping.
Today, 12 dpo, no cramping but had a tiny tiny amount of spotting. 
I always spot around 12 dpo, two days before af. But I think I usually have cramping with it.
Do you think this means I’m having a chemical? Or maybe is it normal? I was so hopeful then I wiped and saw the little bit of pink cm 😩

It could still be implantation. Which typically happens between 6-12dpo! Baby dust

Just retested. I don’t think there’s anything, not even a vfl. It was afternoon with only a two hour hold, but that was the same yesterday when I did get the line. So who knows. I haven’t spotted again since 11am, so we’ll just have to see. If af doesn’t show up by Sunday, I’ll test again then I suppose.

I went to the toilet again about hour and a half after the time with the spotting, and there was none. Maybe a good sign. Could it just be the cervix bleeding a little?
