All last night I was pretty crampy and had a few Braxton Hicks here and there but nothing unusual. Then around 2am I woke up to the worst cramps of my entire life. They were so bad they made me nauseous and was making my whole body shake. They lasted off and on for maybe 20 minutes but then stopped and after a hot shower I was able to go back to sleep no problem. Then at 5 when my bf’s alarm went off I got up and had a gush of clear fluid come out. I’ve had a few gushes here and there but nothing constant. I put a pad on but it wasn’t soaked through within an hour and the info packet my OB said if it’s soaked within an hour to go to L&D.; I’m 37 weeks and my doctors office has a habit of sending you to L&D; for every little thing instead of trying to fit you in.
