Bloating and need help.
I would just like some helpful tips on how to stop or at least avoid bloating.
I am 22 weeks pregnant and not matter what I eat I am always feeling bloated.
Yes odd days I do eat a little too much for my own good (eating for 2 🤦🏾♀️) and get bloated but on the days when I am being good I just feel bloated too and I would like to know anything you have done that helped you with this issue.
