Cramping at 4 weeks?

Ladies, please ease my mind. I’m 4+3 today and having awful cramping. It’s been on and off for the last few days with some spotting until 2 days ago. No spotting now, just uncomfortable cramps.  Tests are still getting darker hcg yesterday at 53. I’ve heard that it’s common but I’m still a nervous wreck.

It sounds like implantation with the cramps and spotting. Cramping is normal throughout pregnancy but if it's followed by blood like period color then i would see a doctor.

it's normal I'm 23 weeks now and still have them here and there it's just your body getting ready to make room for the baby
