I'm not sure!?

Hi so I had sex on my most fertile day. And since then I don't know if my mind playing games or what. My boobs are real sore when you touch the them  I had cramps for a couple of days and was kinda nauseous but I'm not sure I think I spotted but wasn't sure so I took a pregnancy test just now and it was neg is it to soon to take it I'm not supposed to get my period for another week.
