How do you get rid of scars that has been six years??

This is what the scars look like. Please help!

To be honest you likely won't get rid of them 100%, especially older scars. That said baby oil with aloe and vitamin e worked well to fade some of mine. They aren't totally gone, but they are much less obvious.

A friend had self inflicted scars on her wrists...she went to a doctor and he made a little procedure where he took out the skin where the scar was and put on some "tape" on (i dont know the technical name, but are some kind of stitches). Then she was left with a really thin line as scar, that with help of oils (ex. Rose hip) now is almost unnoticible.
