Back & Hip Pain
Anyone else suffering from constant back pain and hip pain ? Like it literally feels worse than when i was pregnant . I’m 8 months postpartum. I rarely get any sleep because it hurts so bad , I can’t stand for a long time , and even sitting down it’s constantly there . Like i want to cry right now ...and I’m also in the Army so i know that’s another contributing factor to my pain 😩
