Heavy periods?

Who all has heavy periods and what do you do to make you more comfortable? And not bleed through so much?? I’m so uncomfortable and so tried of bleeding through

I got on birth control pills. Same for my sisters. Now I don’t dread my period and I’m not borderline anemic.

I don't have a crazy heavy period but my go to is always a Diva cup or some sort of menstrual cup. It's helped wonders with my bleeding through things. Though I do occasionally will find leaking will occur it's nothing that a pad or panty liner can control or help with.

Nuvaring shortened my periods from 8 days down to 3.

I got put on birth control for it but it didn’t help

I go to the bathroom often . at night I already know I'll bleed through so I keep extra clothes in the bathroom
