bumps all over his face and body
Okay y’all so I need help figuring out what this is, my son got all these little bumps on his face and body. Also he got them right after he got a cold, and they weren’t bad until today, they’ve gotten red and spread all over his body. If any of you mamas know what this is or if your babies have had it, how’d you help them. Also they look way worse in person
