What is the best time to take the pill?

I just started and not sure when to take! I’m afraid I’ll miss it constantly😫

I have my pills right bext to my bed and a bottle of water, i take them every morning before I even get out of bed. I even take the placebo pills so I don’t go off track

I take mine at night when I take all of my other vitamins. Might as well take it with all the other pills lol 💊

whichever time of the day works for you. I take it at 2pm,my less busy time of the day and I have an alarm on my phone set
