I just started doing the BBT and I'm not sure I'm doing it right like I took my temp yesterday and it said 97.1 that was around 6 pm then I took it again the same day and it said 97.5 then I took it this morning around 8 am and it said 97.0 I took it again today at 8:30 pm and it said 97.4??? How do I know if I'm doing it right... Also where is it suppose to be at if I'm ovulating? Trying to caulate to see if I'm ovulating or not also is this what I'm suppose to use?
