Baby acne or eczema?
I know it’s hard to tell from a picture but does this look like baby acne or eczema? It has progressively gotten worse since Monday and is very rough to the touch. And her ear is crusty. It doesn’t really seem to bother her tho. We have only had one bath this week and I don’t put any lotions on her face. Thoughts?
