I’d say yes because in Christianity, the focus is always on the heart, not the action. Intended sexual stimulation of any kind is generally regarded of sinful if done outside of marriage.

Sex is sex. I’m not celibate at all, but I’d say yes. You don’t have to be celibate. Don’t let anyone guilt you into things you enjoy. Sex is fun with the right person. Just live by your standards and don’t feel guilt for things like this. There are wayyyy more problems in this world we could be worrying about.
