Float Tank/Sensory Deprivation Tank?
Has anyone tried one of these while preggo? I’m 37 weeks now and I’ve been able to manage the low back pain pretty well with Epsom salt baths and stretching, but now that this belly is so big those things aren’t helping much.
If you have tried them, did you find it helped relieve any pressure from your belly? Or at least relax you? Thanks!
