Does anyone have any remedies for a yeast infection?

Freeze little balls of coconut oil, adding tee tree oil, and peppermint/lavender to the frozen coconut ball. Insert at night, and use tee tree oil regularly.. usually I am cleared within two days

I remember when I got my first yeast infection my mom told me to get plain yogurt and stick it up there but it was kind of messy so instead I found an easier way to do it. Buy a douche empty out the bottle and put half water and half plain yogurt and that will help balance your ph.
